Join me at Pierross Pasticceria Eltham Terrace  5/9 Dudley Street Eltham, for an author talk, Italian meal, Q & A, demo and book give away. I love questions and I will love yours. This event is dedicated to home bakers. I want to show you that the process of making sourdough bread is far more forgiving and flexible than first appears.

I am a home baker and due to my many commitments I need sourdough bread making to be a really flexible process. I don’t want to look after leaven (starter) like someone would a Tamagotchi. Leaven (starter) is also far more forgiving than is often communicated. Home bakers are free to work in a very different way compared to commercial bakers.
