Home Made Pasta Class for Beginners

Let me teach how to make pasta. It is easy to do…and once you have the hang of it you will find yourself wanting to have pasta making gatherings.

It’s an awesome and meaningful way to spend time with friends, and family.

And children really love making pasta.

In fact for my daughters birthday parties the theme was often pasta making. Three hours would go past with all the kids in full concentration as they watched the dough being squeezed through the machines and then cut into ribbons.

This class is suited to both children (7 and above) and adults.

We will incorporate edible flowers into our dough as well as edible wild weeds.

This class will culminate in a very simple tagliatelle meal with a vegetarian ragu, salad and tiramisu!
