Make a seasonal summer wreath

It is summer! Woooo hooooo! And the garden is bountiful once more!

Soak yourself in its golden light as we harvest indigenous grasses, wildflowers and fragrant plant clippings to make a summer solstice wreath.

You will take home a wreath made by you, using flowers and grasses of your choice grown here at ORTO Farm and foraged.

This will be a very relaxed class, playful and creative.

I will provide all plant material and biodegradable string. All you need to bring … is you!

Refreshments provided, drinks and summer treats.

The wreath you will make will be made from all biodegradable materials hence at the end of its life it can return to the earth it came from.

Use your wreath to decorate your home, kitchen table or entry door. Or make smaller wreaths as early end of year gifts for the people you love to wear as necklaces or to use as table centrepieces.

I love to create gifts that will never end up in landfill but will instead produce soil fertility for the next seasons harvest!

This is an alfresco event, hence bring all seasons clothing to stay warm or cool.
