Natural Dying

A special dye workshop on my friend Mara’s wonderful Permaculture property just outside Daylesford.
Discover what colours can be obtained from a selection of local plants and kitchen waste and take home a series of samples. A beautiful palette is available without the need for harmful chemicals. We’ll practice a shibori technique to produce patterned cloth.

This workshop will be wonderfully hands on.
Mara will also give a short tour of the property as part of the day.
We invite you to bring lunch to share. We will provide a delicious afternoon tea, with hot drinks and a warm fire.
